RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Return request can be made contacting our customer care but only in case of expired or wrong products delivered. Customers are kindly requested to check items at the time of delivery.
  • Any wrong ordering of product from consumer side doesn't qualify for Return.
  • Baby Care Products, Food Products, Sexual Wellness Products, Vaccinations, Devices and Surgicals do not qualify for Return.
  • Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return.
  • Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
  • For any return request or dispute, contact our customer care - care@emedhouse.com or call us (10 am - 7 pm except Sunday) directly.
  • In case of successful return, refund will be done in 7 working days.
